REST RESTORE REBALANCE

Susan is a 500 hour trained, certified and insured yoga teacher with more than 3000 hours of teaching experience including classes, workshops and retreats over the last 7 years.

Susan started her holistic journey around 2005 with a Reiki level 1 course. She went on to complete VTCT Level 3 in massage therapy in 2013 followed by a 200HR YTT Yoga Teacher Training in 2015. Since her foundational Yoga Training in Ashtanga Vinyasa in 2015 she has continued training in Yin Yoga (over 200hours), Mandala Vinyasa, Yoga Nidra, Rocket Yoga, Meditation and Mindfulness and most recently passed her clinical Ayurvedic  Nutrition and Lifestyle Practitioners Course with high distinction.

Susan’s already deep seated passion in Holistic Health was magnified in 2014 when she lost her mum to a rare form of soft tissue cancer. Susan’s intention is to help raise awareness of the Ayurvedic and Yoga Principles of prevention of dis-ease and encouraging the maintenance of health through paying close attention to balance in one’s life, right thinking, diet, lifestyle and the use of herbs.

Ayurveda seeks to find the root cause of any imbalance and prescribes different regimes for each individual to restore balance. In this way it treats the whole person and not just the presenting symptoms.
