SPRING RETREAT - ISLE OF BUTE- SATURDAY 21ST MARCH 2026

Saturday 21ST MARCH 9AM-5:30PM

Join me in celebrating the arrival of spring, the planting of seeds and the setting of intentions on the beautiful Isle of Bute.

We will join together at 9am in my home studio to set the intention for the day with our opening yoga practice before heading out into the elements for a spring ramble . We will head westward on foot (the direction of spring) towards Ettrickbay (approx 4.5km) enjoying some beauty spots along the way. When we reach Ettrickbay we will stop to enjoy some lunch before heading back via bus. We will stop in at the Caladh Sauna Port Bannatyne for an afternoon Sauna and optional sea dip. Returning to the studio for our closing yin and nidra 4-5:30pm.

The day includes yoga practices, led walk, lunch, sauna and refreshments.
