SUMMER SOLSTICE SOULFUL SUNDAY RETREAT - ISLE OF BUTE- SUNDAY 21ST JUNE 2026

Sunday 21ST JUNE 9AM-5:30PM

Join me on the beautiful Isle of Bute to celebrate the summer solstice. We will join together in my home studio to set the intention for the day with our opening practice before heading southward (direction of summer) to the islands standing stones and the starting point of our island walk. We will enjoy some beauty spots along the way including Kilchattan bay, GlenCallum bay and St Blanes Chapel (there are moderate hill climbs in this walk) which will take approx 3hrs. We will then stop at Kingarth hotel for lunch before heading back into town. We will close our day back at the studio (or outside if weather allows) for our closing Yin and Nidra.

The day includes yoga practices, led walk, lunch, a solstice gift and refreshments.
